1 BOWL BANANA BREAD

Have super ripe bananas? Don’t throw them out.. Use them to make my gluten free 1 bowl banana bread! It’s gluten free, moist, tasty, & requires less than 10 ingredients!

You’ll need:

2 or 3 super ripe bananas 

1 egg 

1 cup of flour (I use @bobsredmill GF)

1/4 c butter melter 

1/4 c brown sugar 

1/4 c honey 

1 t salt

1 t baking powder 

1/2 t vanilla extract 

—PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F

—LINE A LOAF PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER OR GREASE WITH BUTTER/SPRAY OF YOUR CHOICE

—IN A LARGE BOWL, MASH 2 BANANAS FIRST (if using 3 bananas, set 3rd banana aside for now)

—ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TO BOWL & WHISK

—POUR BATTER INTO LOAF PAN EVENLY

—SLICE 3rd BANANA LENGTHWISE (unpeeled) ADD BANANA HALVES TO TOP OF LOAF & PUT IN OVEN 

—BAKE 35-40 MINS OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN

—LET COOL BEFORE SERVING 🍌
